特点
好老库林是一种化学液体药品。它能代替常规型物理表面处理，也能除去复杂微细（微米级)的毛刺。由比较安全的药品构成的，安全性很好，因此容易使用。保证批量产品品质均一，加快批量生产速度。
Characteristic
This is a new surface treatment
agent for metal which substitute or supplement conventional
physical methods.
This agent can workk on intricate surface on metal sevenly with
chemical reaction. Its component is consisted of relatively
safe chemicals.
It is easy to handle and can process a large number of work
pieces at a time and uniformly in a short period of time. |
主要成分
・ 主要成分无机酸的酸性液体。比重1.651。
・ 液体是浅黄色，有独特的刺鼻气味。
・ 普通物品（不属于剧毒物品及危险品）。

对象金属
铜合金及铁素体／不含着镍的400系列马氏体，主要成分铁的3极合金。

用途
・ 除去切削加工时金属表面产生的烧痕。
・ 除去微米级的毛刺，其它部分没有影响。
・ 锐角会变倒角。
・ 除去铜合金表面的细微突起部分使有光泽且平坦。
Applications
・ To remove the burn on metal surface
after cutting.
・ To dissolve and remove the microscopic metal burrs selectively.
・ To chamfer the sharp angled edge
・ To make CU. alloy surface flat and therefore shinny |
处理前的准备
・ 请务戴防护用具。考虑万一面对紧急时，选择自来水设备，盥洗室的场所。并且处理时会产生刺鼻气味，因此需要排气设备。
・ 处理剂倒在耐药品容器里。处理剂温度要控制25度到30度之间（请使用金属制品以外的强固容器）。
・ 第一次使用本品时，先做式样测试得出最佳使用条件.。
・ 处理前充分冲洗，以免切削液等进入在处理剂中。
Preparation
・ Wear protective gear. The operationg
place shoould be equipped with plumbing for emergency use, and
ventilation system as irritationg gas arises during operation.
・ Transfer the liquid from container to a chemical resistant
vessel (metal vessels like SUS container unusable).
Arrange the chemical emperature between 25 ℃ｰ30℃.
・ Decide the treatment time by means of the trial experiment
on test samples.
・ Degrease the work pieces in order to prevent impure substances
like cutting fluid from mixing into the surface treatment agent. |

使用方法
・ 先用CH-S处理。
・ 把CH-400S倒在容器里，其次浸入材料，材料一定要全浸入处理剂中。
・ 不要材料靠在一起。
・ 处理时轻轻摇晃均匀。按照毛刺状态的不同，其浸渍时间也不同，一般大约5分钟到10分钟。
・ 处理后附着在材料上的处理剂充分冲洗。
・ 把材料放在超声波洗涤器里清洗。
・ 完全除去水分。
How to use
・ Set the work pieces on a tray
by separationg each other with the same space so that they do
not touch.
・ Soak the wok pieces int the processing tub for the designated
time.
・ The time of soaking varies according to the degree of oxidized
film. The average time is about from 5 to 10 minutes.
・ Shake the work pieces lightly at regular intervals in the
liquid during the treatment.
・ When the treatment has finished, please drain the lliquid
fully and rinse the work pieces in a water tub.
・ Clean them in double water tubs consecutively.
・ Clean them with pure water in a super sonic cleaner.
・ The final course is to dry the work pieces by air blow.

存放条件
・ 容器要密拴，请在40度以下阴凉处存放本品，避难阳光直射和空气接触。。
・ 存放在离其它药品和有机物远处。
・ 存放并锁好钥匙。
How to store the
chemical
・ Tight-fit the lid
of the containers. Store them in a cool place avoiding direct
sunlight.
・ Keep them away from other chemicals or organic matters.
・ Lock the storage site. |
失效的液体再生方法
・ 把失效的处理剂倒在原来的UN容器中，再要盖好专门的红盖子，送回到本公司。
・ 刚使用完的处理剂有时会烫，等到液温常温再弄。
How to recycle the waste liquid
・
Please send back the waste liquid to us after putting the liquid
back into the original canteen up 20～25 kg with the red cap
tightly closed.
・ Do not move the waste liquid immediately after the liquid
wase used and make sure that the liquid emperature has cooled
down. |
废弃处理
・失效的液体，先用水稀释，再用中和剂中和后，最后委托专门回收人员处理。
Disposal
・ Waste liquid must be dilutd with a large
amount of water and neutrallized with neutralizing agent.
Have the neutralized contaminant disposed of by a industrial
waste disposal contractor |
