使用目的
CH-S能除去金属加工时产生的氧化皮膜，油垢和脱模隔离涂料等。若使用碱性洗涤剂，碳氢化合物，水系或者有机氯化合物等前洗涤剂时，有时会破坏毛刺处理剂。因为这些前处理剂会进入材料固定螺钉，放松螺栓，细小空隙里，水洗也不容易洗得了。
为此，CH-S能最大程度减弱对CH-300S/400S毛刺处理剂的影响。
Purpose
of usage
This agent is used to remove separating
surface, oil surface and oxidized surface which will appear
after metal working.
When conventional type cleaners such as alkaline type, carbonic
water, or organic chlorine are used,cleaners may remain in blind
holes or narrow areas and may mix with the treatment liquid,
which will affect the next and original purpose of removing
burrs.
Therefore this agent was manufactured so that surface treatment
agent such as CH-300S or CH-400S works effectively.

主要成分
・ 主要成分为酸化剂的酸性液体，比重1.05。
・ 无色无味的透明液体。
・ 普通液体（不属于剧毒物品及危险品）。

前准备
・ 请务戴防护用具。考虑万一面对紧急时，选择自来水设备，盥洗室的场所。并且处理时会产生刺鼻气味，因此需要排气设备。
・ 处理剂倒在耐药品容器里。处理剂温度要控制25度到30度之间（请使用金属制品以外的强固容器）。
・ 第一次使用本品时，先做式样测试得出最佳使用条件.。
・ 处理前充分冲洗，以免切削液等进入在处理剂中。
Common
conditions for Preparation
・
Wear protective gear. The operating place should be equipped
with plumbing for emergency use, and ventilation system as irritating
gas arises during operation.
・ The volume of the liquid should be 10 times of the volume
of work pieces to be atreated.
・ Transfer the liquid from a container to a chemical resistant
vessel (metal vessel unussable). Arange the liquid temperature
between 25℃ ～ 30℃。
・ Decide the treatment time by means of the trial experiment
on test samples.
・ Remove cutting chips and cutting fluid remaining on the surface
in order not to mix into the surface treatment agent.

･ 奥氏体不锈钢303･304･316･316L等和钛，钛合金 ：60秒以上90秒以下
･ 铁素体･马氏体系420J2･410･430等 ：60秒以上90秒以下
･ 全Cu系 ：30秒以上60秒以下
･ 纯Ni･电铸Ni ： 60秒以上120秒以下
･ 纯铝及铝合金等 ：30秒以上60秒以下
･ 碳素钢 ：60秒以上120秒以下
※ 第一次使用本产品时，建议先做式样测试，得出最佳使用条件。
Processing
time for materials to be treated
・Austenite
SUS 303,304,316,316L Ti, Ti alloy ：60 to 90 seconds
・ Ferrite, mar-ten-site SUS 420J2,410,430,etc. ：60 to 90 seconds
・ All Cu ：30 to 60 seconds
・ Pure Ni., Ni. electric casting ：60 to 120 seconds
・ Pure aluminum, Al.alloy ：30 to 60 seconds
・ Carbon steel ：60 to 120 seconds
※All times indicated are guide lines. Please make sure to decide
the optimum time by actual trials.

使用方法
・ 把CH-S倒在容器里，其次浸入材料，材料一定要全浸入处理剂中。
・ 不要材料靠在一起。
・ 处理时轻轻摇晃均匀。按照材料表面状态的不同，其浸渍时间也不同。
・ 处理后附着在材料上的处理剂充分冲洗。
・ 接着使用CH-300S/CH-400S。
How
to use
・ Set the work piees
on a try by separating each other with the same space so that
they do not touch.
・ Soak the work pieces in the processing tub for the designated
time.
・ Shake the work pieces lightly at regular intervals in the
liquid during the treatment.
・ When the treatment has finished, please drain the liquid fully
and rinse the work pieces in a water tub.
・ Clean them in double water tubs consecutively.
・ Soak work pieces in surface treatment agent such as CH-300S.

存放条件
・ 容器要密拴，请在40度以下阴凉处存放本品，避难阳光直射和空气接触。
・ 存放在离其它药品和有机物质远处。
・ 存放并锁好钥匙。
How to store
the chemical
・ Tight-fit the lids of the containers.
Store them in a cool place avoiding direct sunlight.
・ Keep them away from other chemicals or organic matters.
・ Lock the storage site.

废弃处理
・失效的液体先用水稀释后，再用中和剂中和，最后委托专门回收行业人员。
Disposal
Waste liquid must be diluted with
a large amount of water and neutralized with neutralizing agent.
Have the neutralized contaminant disposed of by a industrial
waste disposal contractor.
